So, here’s the truth – there are three simple means after detoxing that you’ll need to focus on to reduce bloating for good.

Sure, you can incorporate various tips (like don’t drink through a straw because it adds too much air to your stomach) to reduce bloating, but what I’m talking about is eliminating the problem for good.

Because you do NOT have to live with chronic bloating, inflammation, and unweighted weight gain.

And by focusing on these next three factors that I’ll discuss; you can restore your digestive health and say goodbye to your bellowed belly.

1. Consume Wholesome, Anti-inflammatory Ingredients

Since the bad bacteria is found in unhealthy foods, you’ve probably guessed that your diet needs to focus on the foods that provide the good bacteria.

This means eating fresh ingredients (lean meats, fresh produce, healthy fats, and lots of low starch vegetables). And designing your meals around these simple but still unprocessed ingredients.
